Thrive – live longer and stronger. According to Prevention Magazine, that jolt you get from a caffeinated cup of joe may help prevent Alzheimer’s. Researchers report that people age 65 and over who drank 3-4 cups of coffee daily were more likely to postpone or prevent the development of the memory-robbing disease. This news comes from study leader Chuanhai Cao, PhD, a neuroscientist at the University of South Florida College of Pharmacy.
